Among several brands of tofu I have tried in the UK, I would rate this as the most tasteful and authentic Japanese. Many of my Japanese friends stock up this tofu as well. 
I simply cut this tofu in dices and enjoy with finely grated fresh ginger and soy sauce. Additional yukari, dried red aromatic basil, would make it even better if you can get it.
