How to prepare a hot matcha tea

  1. Put about a ½ level teaspoonful of matcha powder in a bowl.
  2. Pour 30ml of cold water then whisk it with a bamboo whisk to make it frothy. It is important to move the whisk up and round swiftly.
  3. Gradually add 150ml of hot water (approx. 70 centigrade) while whisking. Enjoy!
