Soy Curd, called Abura-age, is a traditional Japanese food made of Tofu which has been deep fried. Our Niyasaka-Jouzo Fried Soy Curd is freeze-dried for extra flavour and ease of use. It is cut into a small pieces which are ready to be added to the soup.
By simply adding a few pieces, your Miso soup will be transformed!
